Compared to traditional methods, it is more environmentally friendly, highly efficient, and requires no abrasive media or chemical solvents.

2. What is the difference between the “Flat-Top Beam” technology used in the C Series and a standard Gaussian beam?

Flat-Top Beam technology delivers a uniform energy distribution across the laser spot, working like a “light brush” to clean surfaces gently and consistently without damaging the base material. In contrast, a Gaussian beam concentrates most of its energy at the center, which can increase the risk of overheating or damaging the substrate.

3. Is the maintenance cost of the machine high?

No. The machine features an air-cooled design and a simplified structure, resulting in low maintenance requirements. The primary consumable is the protective lens, which is inexpensive and easy to replace, helping keep operating costs low.

4. Is the machine difficult to operate? Does it require specialized training?
