1. Shipping and Handling

We offer international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. We partner with leading international couriers to ensure your order is delivered fast and securely.

2. Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order is successfully placed.

  • Modifications: If you need to change any details of your order, please contact our support team before the order enters the Processing Stage. Once processed, changes may not be possible.

3. Processing Time

To ensure the highest performance of your machine, every unit undergoes a rigorous quality control process.

  • Accessories: Dispatched within [1-3] business days.

  • Standard Laser Machines: Dispatched within [3-5] business days.

  • Customized/High-Power Units: Due to specialized testing requirements, processing may take [7-10] business days.

  • Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Global Fulfillment & Shipping Fee

To ensure the most efficient delivery, your order will be dispatched from our global fulfillment network based on stock availability and your destination.

  • Overseas Warehouse Dispatch: We maintain local inventory in the United States, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Mexico, and Vietnam. Shipping from these locations is generally restricted to the respective country or its immediate region.

  • China Factory Dispatch: For regions not covered by our overseas warehouses, or when local stock is unavailable, orders will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China using premium international express services.

Shipping Fees & Tiers

Regardless of the dispatch location, all shipping costs and available delivery tiers are calculated and displayed at the Checkout Page based on your specific shipping address.

5. Cancellation Policy

To balance our production efficiency with customer flexibility, the following cancellation rules apply based on the status of your order:

  • Before Processing: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the production or processing phase. Note: Transaction fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable.

  • After Dispatch (In Transit): Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. If you refuse the package while it is in transit, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs plus a 12% restocking fee.

  • After Delivery (Return Rules): If the product has already been delivered and you wish to return it, the following fees apply based on the condition of the package:

    • Unopened (Original Seal Intact): Customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.

    • Opened (Seal Broken): If the box has been opened, an additional Inspection & Repackaging Fee will be applied. The total deduction will be 20% of the order value to cover the loss of item value and technical re-testing.

  • Customized Products: For orders involving customized specifications, configurations, or personalized branding, cancellations are not accepted once the production process has commenced. If a mandatory cancellation is requested before shipment, a 30% compensation fee will be charged to cover the non-recoverable costs of customized materials, specialized labor, and allocated production capacity.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Activation: Tracking numbers will be uploaded to your account once the package is dispatched. Please note it may take 1-2 days for the carrier's system to activate the tracking information.

  • Delivery Dates: While we aim for timely delivery, actual dates may be influenced by customs clearance, weather, or international logistics fluctuations.
