1. Return Approval Required
All returns must be pre‑approved by our Customer Support team. Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
2. Original Packaging & Condition
To be eligible for return and refund:

5. Restocking & Variable Fees

6. Manufacturer Defects
Products that arrive with significant manufacturer defects may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price, subject to inspection and approval.
