Additional charges may apply for special freight or delivery services, including liftgate delivery, inside delivery, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, appointment delivery, remote-area delivery, or other special services.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.

Orders that have not entered production, customization, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment may generally be canceled free of charge.
Orders that have entered production, configuration, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment preparation may be subject to a 10%–15% Cancellation/Processing Fee.
Orders that have already been shipped may be subject to original shipping costs, shipment interception or carrier recall costs, return shipping or freight charges, and other applicable costs.
Approved non-defective or change-of-mind returns may be subject to shipping, freight, handling, inspection, and Restocking Fees.
