I think yours will be like, more the workhorse. I've got a hundred-watt CO2 laser and I haven't been able to do anything with metal at all - CO2 just doesn't do it. But fiber? Yeah, you'd be able to go through thicker stuff, more precision, and probably faster. And then the diode is more for the other cutting and engraving. So they're each doing their own thing. I'm used to having industry stuff - on any CNC you buy at the high end, a vacuum bed is standard. But on the consumer grade, no one has it. People don't know about it. So I figure if I invent it and they know about it, everyone's gonna want one. I'm hoping to bring in other creators, let them use the equipment,

1. What is the total power consumption? Can an existing 220V / 50A power line support full-load operation?

 Total rated power varies by configuration. For the standard setup (800W fiber laser + 40W diode laser), rated power is 4.5–5.5 kW, with peak power (laser at full output + all motors running) not exceeding 5.5 kW. A 220V / 50A line supports up to 11 kW, which is well above the system's peak demand and fully sufficient for full-load operation. Note: Higher configurations (e.g. 1200W fiber + 40W diode laser) require 8.8–11.5 kW. In this case, ensure line capacity ≥ 11.5 kW (recommended ≥50A circuit breaker). Power specifications can be confirmed during purchase for proper matching.

2. Do different functions have significantly different power consumption? For example, fiber laser welding vs. diode laser engraving?

Yes. Power consumption mainly depends on laser output and motor load: · Fiber Laser Handheld Welding (800W): Laser source ≈ 2.5 kW Control & cooling ≈ 0.4 kW Total: 2.6–3.0 kW (continuous, stable output) · Diode Laser Engraving (40W): Laser ≈ 0.8 kW Table motors ≈ 0.3 kW Control & cooling ≈ 0.1 kW Total: 1.1–1.2 kW (intermittent output, lower average power) · Fiber Laser Cutting (800W, stainless steel): Laser ≈ 3.0 kW X/Y motors ≈ 0.4 kW Control & cooling ≈ 0.1 kW Total: 3.3–3.5 kW · Standby Mode: ≤ 0.1 kW Overall, fiber laser cutting and welding consume more power than diode laser processing. The system automatically optimizes power allocation during function switching to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

3. The laser welding function supports outdoor operation. After transporting the machine outdoors, how long does installation and setup take? Are professional technicians or special tools required? Can it be used quickly for urgent on-site repairs?

Outdoor setup is fast and simple. No professional technicians or specialized tools are required, and the system can be ready for operation within 10 minutes, making it ideal for on-site and emergency metal repair tasks.
